Meetings & Forums

Project 20/20 provides a meeting structure to allow individuals to: 1) build community and get on the same page with other community members, 2) expand their knowledge and understanding of what is happening in the Battle Creek area and 3) give their input on important topics.   Our Leadership Meetings and Community Forums are specifically formatted to accelerate effective work in economic sustainability, education, healthcare and positive youth engagement. We coordinate with the organizations doing the work to establish communication among these organizations and the broader community, ensuring that feedback flows in all directions. The organizations benefit through clear understandings of the greater community’s desires and concerns about their efforts. Community members become knowledgeable enough to actively support organizational efforts, and depending on interest level, may be motivated to get involved.

Our Leadership meetings are typically held in the morning on the 4th Thursdays of the month from 8-10 a.m. at the Family Health Center. Our Community Forums are typically held in the evenings in February, April, June and October at 6:30 p.m. at Burnham Brook. Dates and times may vary – click here to view the up-to-date schedule. We chose to hold the meetings at alternate times to accommodate busy schedules. All of our meetings are free and open to the public.
